San Bernardino is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Bernardino follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Melinda Phong is very condescending. My daughter recently had a blood transfusion and I assigned her to SAC health only because they are an extension of Loma Linda University. Feom the moment we walked in the exam room she was condescending. She asked questions and I informed her that due to my daughters diagnosis she had fought at labcorp several times so badly that they turned us away and wouldnt poke my daughter to collect labs. She had no bedside manner, I asked several times for referral to Loma Linda for labs she agreed that she would. Instead she sent the labs to Loma Linda but did not put in a referral so our insurance could cover it. I ended up paying for labs. Beside that when trying to speak to her about my other concerns about my daughter, her patient she gave me a side glance when I tried to pass her the mini notebook where I had a short list. I reached to hand it to her she stared at me witha side eye and refused to look at it. There were so many things that was wrong with this appointment. I dont ever want to see her again. She gave racist condescending attitude and was a horrible listener, when I had questions I hadn't even finished a sentence before she cut me

Horrible Inconsistency throughout the building. Ophthalmology doesn't assist with Eyewear or give prescriptions to get any. Dental drops the ball consistently. Family medicine doesn't do much better. The lab is cool and expedient. Internal Medicine and Gynecology/OBGYN are amazing, hands down. It's a school so the hit and misses come with the choice of going here. The community assistance is awesome as well. It's a one stop shop but everything may not be a fit for you.

The staff at SAC Health are generally polite, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The wait times are extremely excessive and unacceptable for patients with scheduled appointments. I waited over an hour in the lobby and then more than another hour sitting in the exam room before finally seeing the specialist. Spending well over two hours waiting despite arriving on time is frustrating and shows poor scheduling and time management. While some staff members are friendly, professionalism also seems to be lacking at times. I overheard employees openly gossiping and discussing personal matters in areas where patients could clearly hear the conversations. Certain discussions should be kept private or spoken about more discreetly and professionally. Patients should not be subjected to hearing inappropriate workplace conversations while waiting for medical care. The medical care itself may be fine, but the long delays and unprofessional atmosphere make the overall patient experience stressful and unpleasant. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both efficiency and workplace professionalism.

Awesome facility! They have real world practice rooms a student may encounter in the world. Like simulated waiting rooms, operating rooms, treatment rooms. So students can train for real life. Extraordinary! Also, Extremely professional and effective staff. Very well run organization.

Wow. Just wow. Your psychiatry department is an absolute embarrassment to anyone that is experiencing mental health issues or even just needing somebody to talk to. I have never been turned away from a psychiatric care physician or facility. I have had multiple 5150s in my twenties. I'm 37 now. Your office really really sucks. What more mental health questions to show that I need help and Care do I need to answer? I have completely changed and adjusted My lifestyle to the changes my neurologist wants me to perform, i e getting referred to your department by him. I talked about needing help with reactions. I talked about personal things in my life that happened. I never once mentioned or felt that I want to injure myself or the people I live with. I need somebody to talk to to help with reactions when things don't go my way or I get in a fight with my mother. That's sad that your office won't offer me help like that. I don't need a level 5 facility I don't need impatient care. To the social worker that interviewed me, what if I came home right now and injured myself? What if I came home right now and beat up everybody I live with? After coming to you guys for help when I was re
